Biography
Ronaldo Junior is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt and standout representative of Atos Jiu-Jitsu, known for his explosive athleticism, relentless pace, and powerful no-gi game. An IBJJF No-Gi Worlds Champion, he has competed on major professional stages including UFC BJJ, WNO, and CJI 2.
Ronaldo’s style is built around sharp wrestling entries, strong positional control, and a dangerous front headlock system. His high-elbow guillotine, anaconda, darce and snap-down sequences are among his most effective weapons, making him a constant submission threat in scrambles and standing exchanges.
Combining elite athleticism with a dynamic, forward-pressure approach, Ronaldo Junior remains one of the most exciting and well-rounded competitors to come out of the Atos camp. In late 2025, he became the inaugural UFC BJJ Middleweight Championship after a spectacular performance against William Tackett.
