Introduction

By accessing or using Nogipedia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Data Usage and Web Scraping

Nogipedia’s content and structured data are protected. You may not copy, extract, or use Nogipedia content or data without explicit written permission. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Web scraping or automated extraction of pages, tables, rankings, match histories, or profiles
  • Copying, reproducing, publishing, or redistributing Nogipedia content without authorization
  • Using bots, crawlers, or automated tools to access, monitor, or index Nogipedia beyond standard search engine behavior
  • Systematic collection of data from Nogipedia for commercial or non-commercial purposes

Unauthorized scraping or automated extraction is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in access being blocked and/or legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of reasonable legal fees where permitted by law.

Please be respectful. Nogipedia is curated and maintained with significant effort. If you need data access, reach out for authorized options instead of scraping.

Authorized API Access and Data Licensing

Nogipedia may offer authorized access to certain data through APIs, exports, or licensing agreements (“Authorized Access”). We do not currently provide self-serve payment or automatic key provisioning. For now, Authorized Access is granted manually on a case-by-case basis.

If you are interested in using Nogipedia data (rankings, match history, athlete profiles, event data, or related structured datasets) for commercial purposes—such as media, broadcasts, promotions, apps, analytics, research, or products—contact us to request licensing terms and access.

Unauthorized API usage, sharing API keys, bypassing rate limits, or attempts to reverse-engineer private endpoints are prohibited and may result in immediate termination of any access and potential legal action.

Acceptable Use

You may browse and view Nogipedia content for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use Nogipedia in a way that could harm the service or other users.

Changes to the Service and Terms

Nogipedia may update the site, the ranking methodology, and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nogipedia after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
