Location: Austin, USA USA flag Head Coach: Nicky Ryan Rank: #4 Rating: 30989.53

Overview

Simple Man Martial Arts is an MMA and jiu-jitsu gym formed in 2025 by Nicky Ryan, Nick Rodriguez, Ethan Crelinsten, Damien Anderson, and Anthony Salvatore following CJI 2. The gym’s name comes from the “Simple Man Podcast,” a show created by much of the same group before establishing the academy. After departing from B-Team Jiu-Jitsu, the group founded Simple Man Martial Arts as their new training home.

Built around an experienced core of professional athletes, the gym serves as a training center for fighters and grapplers seeking a modern, high-level environment for both MMA and no-gi jiu-jitsu.
