Raquel Canuto is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt and professional mixed martial artist, widely respected for her aggressive, physical style and her success across both gi and no-gi competition. Born in Hawaii, she developed her foundation in BJJ before transitioning into high-level MMA, where her grappling pedigree made her an immediate threat in every exchange.

Canuto is an IBJJF No-Gi World Champion and a longtime standout in the lighter weight divisions, known for her pressure-heavy passing, strong wrestling entries, and relentless pace. Her ability to blend takedowns, scrambles, and submission chains has made her one of the most complete athletes to compete simultaneously in jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts.
