Pawel Jaworski

Biography

Paweł Jaworski is a Polish Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and one of Europe’s most decorated submission grapplers. Often regarded as a standout prodigy of Polish jiu-jitsu, he is an IBJJF No-Gi Euros, No-Gi Pans, and No-Gi Worlds champion at black belt.

Jaworski is best known for his relentless leg attack system and his command of modern, dynamic guard work, which has made him a consistent threat at the elite black belt level.

A product of the Academia Gorila Competition Team, Jaworski has built a strong reputation through sustained success in both Gi and No-Gi competition.

His technical approach centers around positions such as the reverse de la riva guard and his signature false reap entry, which he uses to transition smoothly into high-percentage leglocks.

Beyond competition, Jaworski is an established instructor who shares his technical systems through international training camps and instructional content. He is widely viewed as one of the leading figures of the next generation of elite submission grapplers.
