Overview

10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most influential no-gi jiu-jitsu teams in the world, founded by Eddie Bravo in the early 2000s. The name was coined by Joe Rogan, and the team quickly became known for its unconventional, submission-oriented approach built around rubber guard, the truck, twister sequences, and a creative, open-minded philosophy. 10th Planet challenged traditional norms in jiu-jitsu and helped push the evolution of modern no-gi grappling.

Over the years, 10th Planet expanded into a massive global network with schools across the world, and Asia. Its emphasis on flexibility, creativity, and no-gi–specific systems made it one of the largest and most recognizable no-gi affiliations in the world. 10th Planet’s athletes have competed and succeeded at the highest levels, contributing significantly to the growth of submission grappling and solidifying the association as a major force in modern no-gi jiu-jitsu.
